Contacting the Customer Service Department

You can reach our customer service department by e-mail, telephone or regular mail. Our representatives are available to answer your phone calls during normal business hours which are from 8:30 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. Paying with Credit Card

We accept credit card payment for online orders.

Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.

Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the goods or services you ordered.

We don't take the Discover card but you may use your Discover card by choosing the Paypal payment option and paying via their website.

We collect sales tax from customers ordering from Texas as we are based in Texas. Sales Tax for orders shipped to Texas will be automatically added to the order total.

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. The order cut-off time is  2:00 pm Central daylight time for FedEx, though our FedEx pickup has been much later than that.  No promises.

How to Change Your Order

We process your orders very quickly. Once an order is placed, it cannot be added to without calling us during regular business hours. Items can be returned but a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.  All returns must be arranged within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions.

Tracking Info is automatically provided by dieselgeek.com to your VALID email address. If you mistype your email address or give us an INVALID email address we are not obligated to you in any way to resend invoices, tracking info, or send additional correspondence.

We don't use your email address for anything other than sending a receipt and tracking info. Believe us, we hate spam. You do too. We don't do it. It's completely cheesy.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately at sales@dieselgeek.com.  All returns require prior notification and should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted.
 
Return Policy:
Returns must be approved by one of the dieselgeek.com staff in order to be accepted. Returned items must be sellable unless defective. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns unless defective or sent in error. All returns must be arranged within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions.  All returns must be sent with some form of Delivery Confirmation, tracking, and/or insurance to ensure that we get the product and credit your account. Lost return shipments are the shipper's responsibility unless proof of delivery can be provided. Fluorescent green Delivery Confirmation forms are included with all products with associated core charges and should be used for return shipments. If there is no such form available in the box when you receive it, you should obtain one at the post office when you return the core item to us. All returned items must be undamaged from return shipping. We reserve the right to reduce your refund from goods which are damaged on return shipping. We do not accept returns on tools or tool kits for any reason.

Core refunds

All items with included $50 core charges should be returned to the address below.  The core shifter must be useable in the production of a new shifter of the same type which you originally purchased. As an example, if you bought an A3 shifter, we expect to get back A3 shifter whose main parts have not been cut or are broken past the point of being remachined. All core returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase to guarantee receipt of a core refund. If your circumstance keeps you from being able to do this, please email us for a reasonable extension.
