A Super Smooth LUK DMF Upgraded Clutch Kit for 1998-2006 MK4 and MK5 TDI
This is a mildly hopped up German made LUK brand TDI clutch kit with matching brand new Dual Mass Flywheel for factory super smoothness (DMF). This kit was specifically designed by LUK for the 1.9L TDI and is the smoothest upgrade clutch you can buy. As you may have heard, the LUK dual mass clutches from the 1998 and 1999 MK4 TDI were known as the "Good ones" amongst in-the-know TDI drivers. The LUK DMF flywheels are very durable as opposed to the stock Sachs DMF that came in the 2000 through 2006 TDI cars. This clutch kit even has some improvements over the factory LUK clutch:
Clutch and flywheel are factory pre assembled and ready to bolt on as-is, a real time saver! Just line up the flywheel and crank and bolt it up.
Clamp load of pressure plate has been increased by 5% over the OE version.
Clutch disc hub is "floating" type to eliminate possibility of misalignment with input shaft of transmission.
Friction material is OE type but the increased disc size means greater resistance to slipping.
Kit comes with clutch disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing and a brand new LUK Dual mass flywheel with perfect TDC mark. This clutch is rated for 270 foot pounds of torque. This will cover any stock TDI or any modified car with a chip and larger injectors or an 11mm injection pump. This clutch was not meant for highly modified cars with bigger turbos and all other mods that might go with a bigger turbo.

Replace the "Rattler" before it kills your transmission! If your 2005.5 and 2006 Jetta TDI or 2004-2006 New Beetle equipped with the DSG transmission has a noticeable rattle at idle then this new flywheel is the cure. Don't let that old flywheel come apart!

MK5 Stretch Bolt Kit for subframe and transmission mounts
This kit is for either five speed manuals or DSG equipped vehicles and includes all Original VW subframe bolts for the 2005.5 through 2006 Jetta TDI. Kit also includes three bolts for the lower torque mount (dog bone) and if you have a manual shift transmission then the kit includes the four brace bolts for the secondary transmission mount bracket.

Van Gogh Broken Engine Block Fix Kit for MK5 BRM TDI only
The 2005.5-2006 MK5 Jetta TDI BRM engine mount fix bracket provides a secure point to attach your engine mount bracket after the cast iron mounting ear breaks off (Click for another picture). The part requires removal and replacement of the EGR cooler to install. Comes with hardware to attach the bracket to the engine. This bracket might also fix other European-spec PD TDI engines. If you have a Euro PD with a broken ear you may compare your block's features in these picture and you may send us good clear pictures of the broken ear to sales@dieselgeek.com for us to evaluate.
